Joe Pasquale takes stand-up back on summer UK tour

Comic Joe Pasquale is back on the road, hot foot from two years of royal touring with Spamalot.

But next month Joe is removing the chainmail and returning to his stand-up comedy roots for the Joe Pasquale Summer Tour which will run through July and August.

Squeaky-voiced Joe hasn’t toured his stand up show since 2013. Since his 1987 debut in TV’s New Faces, Joe has established himself as one of the best known and most popular faces and voices on the entertainment scene.

Alongside regular stand up tours and DVD releases his theatre credits include Spamalot, Doctor In The House, The Producers, Ha Ha Holmes, Ray Cooney’s Tom Dick & Harry, Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, and Larry Shue’s The Nerd.

On TV, in 2004, he won the nation’s hearts, and was crowned King of the Jungle, when he won I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. He went on to learn to skate for Dancing on Ice and hosted The Price is Right. Joe also hosted An Audience With Joe Pasquale which notched up nine million viewers.

Joe’s unique voice has been featured in the 20th Century Fox movie Garfield: A Tale of Two Kitties as the voice of Claudius the mouse, and as the Dentist of Whoville in the cartoon starring Jim Carrey and Steve Carrell called ‘Horton Hears a Who!’ – the follow up to How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
