Fuller’s pubs serve up the setting for A Midsummer Night’s Dream
The grounds of a group of Fuller’s pubs are set to be transformed into performance spaces to welcome Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Permanently Bard, the country’s only theatre company which specialises in performing at the nation’s ale houses, is back for a fresh summer tour following the success of last year’s Twelfth Night.
The company offer raucous, interactive and fast paced adaptations to be enjoyed by all the family.
They believe Shakespeare is for the masses and aim to be as accessible as possible.
The Shakespeare In Our Garden series features a fresh interpretation of The Dream, one of the playwright’s most famous and best-loved romantic comedies.

August 29: Red Lion, Chalton
August 30-31: Links Tavern, Liphook
September 4-6: Rose and Crown, Ealing
September 12-13: Red Lion, Barnes.
