Strictly song and dance at Dunstable’s Grove Theatre

Strictly Pasha and Katya

It’s a week of music and dance at The Grove, Theatre, Dunstable, starting with Strictly Come Dancing’s sizzling duo, Pasha Kovalev and Katya Virshilas, on Thursday.

Katya and Pasha have stunned audiences with their ballroom routines and alluring Latin dances since they teamed up as professional dance couple.

Pasha Kovalev joined the show in 2011 and has since danced with a host of glamorous ladies including Waterloo Road’s Cheslee Healey and Girl’s Aloud star Kimberley Walsh.

The show features four guest dancers, the ever enjoyable Q & A section plus an appearance by a local dance school.

A day later and The Drifters are in the house.

This irresistible quartet is one of the only remaining American doo-wop and R&B vocal groups around.

They’re not the original group, of course. Over their history The Drifters has had more than 60 members.

But this is the group’s most spectacular show from the band to date which includes songs such as Up On The Roof, More Than A Number, Under The Broadwalk, On Broadway, Come On Over To My Place and more.

The Rat Pack takes up residence once again this Saturday.

Rat Pack Live

Rat Pack Live is complete with all the patter and razzmatazz of one of trio’s Las Vegas cabarets.

This brilliant show includes Fly Me to the Moon, I’ve Got You Under My Skin, Everybody Loves Somebody, Black Magic, Mambo Italiano and That’s Amore.

It stars former Manchester City international Jim Whitley as Sammy Davis Jnr, West End stars Mark Halliday and Stephen Rashbrook as Dean Martin and Sinatra.
