Please sir, theatre company hunts for Oliver star
|Theatre arts training group, Vivo D’Arte is searching for a young boy to take on the lead role of Oliver Twist in a new production next year.
Oliver the Musical is being staged at Watford Palace Theatre next July and auditions are set to be held next month.
Vivo D’Arte’s Jo Penniston said: “Oliver needs to be aged between eight and 15 years.
“Auditions for the role of Oliver will take place between 2pm-4pm, December 7, at Watford Palace Theatre.
“The rest of the cast auditions (age range 8 to 28 years) will take place on January 17 with a workshop on January 11”.
