Christmas is over and it’s time to break out the skin-tight white flares and Cuban heels for the return to the stage that disco dynamite musical Saturday Night Fever.

Theatre Royal Bath is touring the UK with a new production of the iconic musical that’s based on the big screen dance musical of the ’70s which catapulted John Travolta to international stardom.

It visits Wycombe Swan from January 20-24 and is packed with legendary hits from the Bee Gees including the classics Stayin’ Alive, Night Fever, Jive Talking, How Deep is Your Love? and You Should Be Dancing.

The date is 1976. New York kid, Tony Manero, is a young man from a tough Brooklyn neighbourhood with a dead-end job.

Along-side an outsize ego, he has an extraordinary ability to dance and has only one ambition in life – to become the disco king.

Every Saturday night, Tony dons his flares and hits the dance floor, creating a stir as he wows the crowds with his phenomenal moves and routines.
